2.    Website cracking, proxy software and VPN   agency service.

3.    Politics related books and periodicals   that are not appropriate for publishing, issuing and selling domestically,   and secret-related books, audio and video products, videos and documents for   collection purpose.

25   points will be deducted each time in the case of serious violation. 100   points will be deducted each time in the case of gross violation.

4.    Stamp collecting products that are   prohibited by the state and stamp collecting products that are prepared   without the approval of postal industry administration, as well as stamps   that contain the words "the Republic of China" issued after 1949.

3.    Software, torrent file, network disk   resources and images intended for disseminating pornographic information;   Audio and video products that contain pornographic, violent or vulgar   information; Original underwear and related products, images, photos and   video that contain pornographic information of juveniles.

4.    Cartoons, readings, games and images that   contain pornographic, violent or vulgar information.

(VI) Drugs and medical devices:

1.    Psychotropic drugs of category II,   anesthetic, toxic, radioactive and stimulant drugs; Non-drugs with additive   pharmaceutical ingredients; Medicinal toxic drugs, poisonous traditional Chinese   medicinal materials; Drugs that have been investigated and punished by   national announcement, or that have been prohibited from manufacturing and   applying as determined by National Medical Products Administration (except   Category IV in this item),fake medicines and medicines of inferior quality   identified under the Drug   Administration Law of the People's Republic of China.

25 points will be   deducted in the case of serious violations and 100 points will be deducted   when the circumstances are particularly wicked.

(XII)      Commodities that exceed the standard:

1.    Electric bicycles that exceed the   standard: the maximum speed of electric bicycle under nominal voltage is   greater than 20km/h; The whole vehicle mass (total weight) of electric   bicycle is larger than 40kg; The endurance of every charge is less than 25 km.  

12   points will be deducted in the case of general violations; 25 points will be   deducted for serious circumstances.

(XIII)     Others:

1.    Commodities under illegal pyramid selling.

25   points will be deducted each time in the case of serious violation. For the   violation with particularly serious circumstances, 100 points will be   deducted each time.

3.    Commodities identified, announced, or   recalled by authoritative quality inspection institutions or manufacturers,   commodities eliminated or stopped by the state, expired, invalid and   deteriorated commodities, and food, condiments, skincare products and other   finished products that contain poppy seeds.

12   points will be deducted each time in the case of serious violation.

4.    Seckilling instrument and related software   for enhancing the success probability of seckilling, and other software or   service that interferes with the normal order of JD.HK Open Platform.

100   points will be deducted each time in the case of serious violation.

5.    Commodity that does not exist in reality.

25   points will be deducted in the case of serious violations; 50 points will be   deducted for serious circumstances, and 100 points will be deducted when the   circumstances are particularly wicked.

6.    Branded accessories and similar commodities   where there is a risk of counterfeiting.

25   points will be deducted each time in the case of serious violation. 50 points   will be deducted for serious circumstances; For the violation with   particularly serious circumstances, 100 points will be deducted each time.

7.    The commodity itself or its product   standard, certification mark and manufacturer's information marked out on   external package does not conform to national provisions.

12   points will be deducted each time in the case of serious violation.

8.    Mobile phone direct dial card and direct   dial service, call back card and call back service.

12   points will be deducted each time in the case of general violation. 25 points   shall be deducted each time if the circumstances are particularly   wicked. 

9.    Mobile phone cracking commodity or   service.

2   points will be deducted per case for general violations (but the accumulative   points deducted within three days shall not exceed 14 points); 8 points will   be deducted each time if such product or information is released on store   decoration area, Dongdong or JD.HK home page or the page for promotional   resources of category II or III.

10.  Counterfeit or altered digital commodity   intended for selling as new one.

4   points will be deducted each time in the case of serious violation. 25 points   shall be deducted each time if the circumstances are serious enough; For the   violation with particularly serious circumstances, 100 points will be   deducted each time.

11.  Other articles prohibited from selling by   other laws, regulations and other normative documents, and commodities sold   whose qualification does not meet requirements of JD.HK platform.

25   points will be deducted each time in the case of serious violation. For the   violation with particularly serious circumstances, 100 points will be   deducted each time.

12.  Prohibited sale of commodity whose package   carries the information or LOGO of other business competitors on JD.HK   platform.

25   points will be deducted each time in the case of general violation.

13.  Commodities that are prohibited from being   carried, mailed, delivered or otherwise entered or exited the country   according to the laws and regulations of relevant countries or regions.

12   points will be deducted each time in the case of serious violation.

14.  For commodities that can be sold only after   obtaining a permit or license, it is prohibited to be sold before the   corresponding permit or license is obtained.

25   points will be deducted in the case of serious violations; 50 points will be   deducted for serious circumstances, and 100 points will be deducted when the   circumstances are particularly wicked.

15.  Commodities prohibited from being sold   online.

25   points will be deducted in the case of serious violations; 50 points will be   deducted for serious circumstances, and 100 points will be deducted when the   circumstances are particularly wicked.

(XIV)     Commodities that are prohibited from   selling to non-Chinese mainland areas and relevant information

1.    Commodities that are prohibited from selling to Hong Kong: raw   fish, illegally imported or slaughtered meat and illegally caught shellfish;   Nourishing nutrition, health food/dietary nutrition supplement food   containing traditional Chinese medicine ingredients (for example, Cordyceps   sinensis, and ginseng); Cleaning products containing traditional Chinese   medicinal ingredients (such as Polygonum multiflorum). (Note: traditional   Chinese medicinal ingredients refer to traditional Chinese medicinal   materials specified in the Chinese   Medicine Ordinance of Hong Kong. )

25   points will be deducted in the case of serious violations; 50 points will be   deducted for serious circumstances, and 100 points will be deducted when the   circumstances are particularly wicked.
