Fulfilling Orders on JD Marketplace

l  When an order comes in, pack the products and ship them to JD’s warehouse in California

1. Click on "Orders" in Shopify and find the order needing to be shipped. On the right side you can find the shipping address.

2. Choose your own carrier to send your parcel to JD’s California warehouse. You can track the logistics in "Timeline".

Note:

Order delivery time: merchants need to ship goods to JD’s California warehouse as soon as possible after the customer makes an order. We strongly recommend brands to ship products within 48 hours after receiving a customer order. Products will be accepted up to 120 hours after the order is placed.

3. JD Logistics will be responsible for sending the packages from the California warehouse to the Chinese customer. The average delivery time is 5 to 7 business days. 

Note: 

JD logistics fulfillment time: due to China's pandemic prevention policy (customs clearance extension, parcel sterilization, flight delays, port resting, etc.), JD logistics delivery time may be impacted.

l  Choose Tracking No. as your Fulfillment Type

Click the order to be fulfilled and a new window will pop up. Then click the "Fulfill Item" button below and fill in the Tracking No. The tracking information will be synchronized to JD’s warehouse in the United Stated and the customer in China can track the parcel in real-time.

Note:

1. Merchants don’t need to fill in the "Notes" with Tracking No.         

2. If the Tracking No. is displayed in the box automatically, the merchant does not need to refill or change it.
